b. Payment: All payments are due at the time of booking. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

a. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Credit Application: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not receive a refund. Instead, a one-time credit will be applied to reschedule your appointment. This credit can only be used once per service.
c. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered or appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.
